How we work
We start from your routine
Before drawing anything we work out how you actually live in the space — who cooks, who works from home, what has to be within reach. The layout follows that, not the other way round.
The estimate is agreed up front
You see the cost of materials and works before construction starts, not halfway through it. Our procurement discounts stay with the client.
We stay until the end
Author's supervision means we are on site through construction, so what gets built matches the drawings and problems get solved as they appear.
Partners
We design public interiors together with the construction company ZIM capital group — for Parkland, Skyland 2, Sunlife, Paradise Avenue, Hvoya and others.
